Chef Newal's passion for the culinary arts began in childhood.
He launched his career in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana,
and there his food became legendary. Graduating from the City
and Guilds of London as a European Master Chef
gave Newal the specialized skills for the life of a much sought-after
Chef. Having mastered the art, Chef Newal has also taught pastry
and culinary classes at Sullivan University, The Cooking and Hospitality
Institute of Chicago, and is currently providing instruction at
the Art Institute of Houston.
Some of Chef Newal's Accomplishments Include:
More than 20 years of catering experience, specializing in weddings,
corporate, and
private parties.
More than 25 years of instruction experience at culinary institutions
of higher
education.
Twelve-time Olympic gold and silver medalist, breaking records
at the American
Culinary Federation and the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany.
